Operations Administration will manage all administration activities
for the Site Operations Department Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Ensuring Site Operations Admin department is
operating efficiently and effectively Preparing operational reports as
required Assist in department budget planning and development Security
Vendor/G4S performance supervision and service level management,
including daily security operations and reception, and drive
continuous improvement of service Canteen Vendor performance
supervision and service level management, and drive continuous
improvement of service Non GMP area Cleaning Vendor/MCR performance
supervision and service level management for non GMP cleaning, and
drive continuous improvement of service Maintaining close working
relationship with the Vaccines Facilities Lead and providing support
for this area when required Assist in event planning and execution
